Andrew Hancock - Managing Director
Andrew Hancock joined Blendworth in early 2006 as Sales Director, bringing with him Sales and Marketing experience gained in varying roles at Poole Pottery and Readers (IOW) Ltd. At Blendworth, Andrew heads a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to communicating Blendworth's elegant new image, without compromising the quality and customer service for which Blendworth is renowned.
Jon Palmer - Operations Director
Jon Palmer has been with Blendworth for 17 years; he joined the company in his teens and has worked in most areas of the business. Today, Jon is responsible for the company's IT, warehousing and logistics functions and is the driving force behind the company's aspiration to provide the best possible customer service.
Susan Parsons - Sales Director
Susan Parsons joined Blendworth as Export Sales Director in early 2006, bringing with her vast experience of UK and Export sales markets gained over 20 years in the textile business, working with internationally recognised brands. Since joining Blendworth, Susan has transformed the structure and breadth of the company's export markets establishing strong distribution networks throughout Europe, Asia and the USA whilst also raising the profile of Blendworth on the international stage. In 2008 Susan became Sales Director for the whole business and has overseen and driven significant change in the UK sales force and the reach of the company in the UK market. Susan's unique mix of sales knowledge and product design and development experience have helped mould the businesses direction today.
Valerie Brothers - Financial Director
Valerie Brothers has spent over 30 years working in the finance department at Blendworth, and has been instrumental in the financial security of the business during this time, along with being a key driver of the MBO.
Steve Rawle - Design Manager
Steve, a trained textile designer, has been at Blendworth since 2008. Prior to that he was employed in Manchester, working on computer aided designs for the international market; although his artistic flair was used in the creation of the drawn/painted elements. Steve also worked in the USA for 12 years, creating artwork and designing fabrics; being involved in the process, from start to finish. Since arriving at Blendworth, Steve has been instrumental in the transformation of the company's design direction.
Nikki Reed - Product Development Director
Nikki Reed has spent the last 30 years in the fabrics industry; the last 20 years at Blendworth. Originally, Nikki trained as a textile designer but went straight into product sourcing rather than to sit at a drawing board. Today, one of her main tasks is supplier liaison.
